Bright Future Organisation is a Charitable organisation that provides Voluntary Interpreters and Translators to the public and private sectors.

Our Clients includes:

•    General Practitioners (GPs)    
•    Job Centres
•    Housing Benefits
•    Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB)
•    Schools & Colleges

Our Volunteers are based in the London and Greater London areas. Our linguistic and cultural awareness means that we are able to offer translation and interpretation services in many languages.

Interpreters & Translators

All of our Interpreters are rigorously vetted before they can work with us. Many of our interpreters have undertaken a Criminal Records Bureau check.
On an assignment, all our Interpreters adhere to the following code of practice:

•    Maintain confidentiality in all assignments
•    To comply and be respectful towards any Cultural, Religious Practices, Security or other Matters when on Clients’ premises.
•    Punctual
•    Give a complete and accurate interpretation
•    To remain  impartial and unbiased

All of our Translators on assignment adhere to the following code of practice:

•    Maintain confidentiality in all assignments
•    To be respectful towards any Cultural, Religious Practices, Security or other Matters if or when on Clients’ premises.
•    Give a complete, accurate translations and remain unbiased
•    Meet required deadlines

Our commitment to service

Our aim is always to provide a high quality, professional, personal and reliable service to all our Clients.
An Administrator would ensure that all assignments are of a high quality service, well coordinated, runs smoothly and delivered within the agreed timescale and budget, as Volunteers are paid travel costs and lunch only.

We carry out regular client surveys in order to ensure that we are delivering what we promise. Even if the results are good, we still believe there is always room for improvement.
