Bright Future Organisation promotes the Advancement of Education of young people in Uganda through Donation, Sponsorship or Scholarship.  Your support will help to:

  • Pay school fees  or Accommodation
  • Health care
  • School meals
  • Support Orphan/poor children with Tuition fees.
  • Buy text/work books, stationery, uniforms, shoes, bags etc.
  • Buy other School requirements e.g., brooms, ream of paper etc.

Also the Twinning of compatible Schools, Colleges and Universities in the UK, Europe, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand to provide support and develop the potential of these Pupils and Students who have no other means are in dire need of Financial assistance.

Bright Future Organisation is committed to helping both young and adult unemployed people in the London Communities  to enable them to gain access to employment.

We work closely with the Job Centres, Connections and other Government Agencies to enable them find suitable employment opportunities.

Our services include:

•    Help with CV writing
•    Interview skills & personal presentation
•    Job application  - help with completing forms
•    Enhanced CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) processing
•    British Citizenship classes - occasionally

Whatever your area of specialism, we have a programme designed to improve your skills and confidence. We aim to bring more employment opportunities and greater job satisfaction within your reach. You can either do your training with one of our Training providers at a venue or On-Line. Our consultant will be happy to tell you of the full range that is available.

Below is a list of some of the Training courses we provide:

•    English language – spoken & written
•    Basic IT skills
•    NVQ Courses in Health & Social Care e.g. Levels 2 & 3
•    Security
•    Cleaning

On-Line Training: - we work with On-Line Training providers, so we can make arrangements for these Mandatory Training Courses for your convenience.

 



Bright Future Charity Organisation provides fully trained, experienced Volunteer Carers  or Outreach  for the provision of Respite Care Services.
We also welcome New Volunteers who will have to undergo Training to develop skills and gain experience.   Bright Future Charity upholds a high standard of Competence; Volunteers must meet this level before any placements are made. 

Volunteers go through an induction and a compulsory programme covering areas such as:

  • Carers or Out Reach Carer with Service Users/Client Care Skills/Care Plans
  • SOVA – Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults/Children
  • Food Hygiene
  • Health & Safety
  • Infection Control
  • Moving & Handling
  • First Aid
  • Equal opportunity & good practice
  • Confidentiality
  • Enhanced CRB carried out

Office Based Volunteers

  • Communication & general office skills
  • Fundraising skills/techniques
  • Effective call handling and listening skills
  • Many more skills corresponding to individual area of interest
  • Enhanced CRB carried out
  • Confidentiality

Bright Future Organisation provides a FREE Service of Volunteer Carers or Outreach Voluteers to Local Communities in the London and Greater London areas, especially the Boroughs of Brent and Ealing.

Vulnerable persons include:   the Elderly, Disabled, Learning Disabilities (LD), Mental Health needs, Short Term Respite care at home, New Mothers or Mothers with young babies and small children. 

Our Volunteers perform duties such as:
•    Companionship e.g., talking, reading, watching TV, games (cards, scrabble draughts etc.)
•    Cooking Meals – including Cultural and Dietary foods
•    Shopping – general household and personal
•    Other Domestic duties – washing, ironing, dusting, vacuuming and bed making
•    Children – taking children to school and collecting children from School
